Chapman Wing I've had mine for years, and it's always been the most fun to use, with a well-balanced weight distribution (make or break for better fountain pens that use high-quality materials) and a resilient nib. The ink is smooth-flowing and really jet black, never fading. I just bought a replacement (fine) nib for it, since the one I originally got was medium, and a little too thick for my handwriting. This is an elegant, and convenient to carry, writing machine. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has any interest at all in fountain pens, even if they're picky about which ones they use. Have used it constantly and really enjoy this writing instrument. I prefer fountain pen for my work but often make note on the go which makes it difficult to use both hands to remove cap. With this pen I have all the benefits of a fountain pen with the ease of a click pen. Great Pen By Merlin87 Easily the best fountain pen I have ever tried, and I have tried quite a few. Smooth across the page when writing and the stroke is free of annoying skips, and best of all NO LEAKS. When I read earlier reviews, I was a little concerned about the placement of the pocket clip, but that is not a problem in the least, in fact, it helps orient the pen in the proper writing position. If you learned in grade school the proper way to hold a writing instrument, you should have no problem with this pen. The manual is a little confusing, but it takes only a few minutes to figure how to load the ink cartridge (if you choose a cartridge over filling from a bottle).
